What are my Delivery Options?

We offer Free Next Day Delivery on all orders successfully processed over £70 (inc VAT) and delivered to UK mainland only, all orders before 3pm.

How do I order?
The simplest way is to use our online store here, simply locate the products you require, check the sizing and insert quantity required , then click add to basket and either continue to our secure checkout, or click continue shopping to add more items.

What are your office hours?
We are open for telephone or email queries Monday to Friday: 9:30am to 4:30pm, but we are closed Weekends & Bank Holidays.

Orders can be placed via our website at any time - it never closes!

What if an item isn't in stock?
To avoid disappointment we only display goods that are in stock and available to purchase. However sometimes your size may not available, please email us for details and delivery schedule.

Special Orders
We can sometimes supply similar items to special order. eg: Plus size etc. Special order items will be charged in advance and cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit & debit cards as well as Paypal.

We can also accept Bank Transfer or Bankers Draft
Note: PureDiva do not have access to your financial information. The payment stage is handled by Paypal which is fully secure and encrypted as well as fully PCi (Payment Card Industry) compliant. You may also pay with credit or debit cards through Paypal's secure servers even if you don't have a Paypal account.

I'm an international customer outside the EU, how do I pay?
International payments outside the EU must be made via Paypal or bank transfer, please contact us for our bank details or Paypal address.

Can you deliver outside the UK?
We use various methods of delivery and can deliver any item worldwide. Please select your country at the shopping cart stage and your delivery charge will be shown. Please see our Delivery page for details

How do I use a Promo / Discount code?
From time to time we may offer discount codes. If you qualify please insert your code at the shopping cart stage and your discount will applied automatically.

Do you charge Tax / VAT on sales outside the UK?
Vat is a value added tax imposed by the British Government. The current rate is 20%. It is applied to all sales in the UK and all qualifying EU countries. Trade sales to the EU may be exempt from paying UK Vat if the purchaser has a valid vat number

Is there any guarantee or warranty?
Some items are very delicate, and great care should be taken with your lingerie, as we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by mishandling. Please see our Lingerie Care section.
